Tuan-Phong Nguyen (in Vietnamese: Nguyễn Tuấn Phong) is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Databases and Information Systems at Max Planck Institute for Informatics under the supervision of Simon Razniewski and Gerhard Weikum. His Ph.D. research is focused on Commonsense Knowledge Extraction.
In summer 2023, Phong interned with Amazon Alexa AI, where he worked on Conversational AI.
Phong obtained his M.Sc. degree from Saarland University (2020) and his B.Sc. degree from Vietnam National University Hanoi (2016), both in Computer Science.
